Thank goodness TopTenReviews has a "no stars" option! These are the worst crooks I have ever encountered in a business. They charged NEARLY DOUBLE what I had agreed to pay (changed the price between confirming the order and charging the credit card) and then refused to refund the charges. Weeks later after threatening legal action we received a refund but it involved hours on the telephone, multiple letters and repeated calls to the BBB. I see people are still using (and getting ripped off) by these scam artists. They should be CLOSED DOWN!
