TravelNow.com includes airfare, hotel, car and cruise bookings. Unlike most travel websites, TravelNow also has road trip section. Although you can’t book a road trip, TravelNow gives you destination suggestions based on your criteria. The farthest trips available are only six hours away; however, this is an excellent option for those just looking to get out of town for the day or weekend.

TravelNow.com charges a $10 dollar service fee for each plane ticket purchased through the website. All prices shown in your search already include this fee. Additionally, there is a $10 dollar fee if you need or require paper tickets.

TravelNow.com has a Low Hotel Rate Guarantee. This means if you find a hotel rate on another Internet travel site lower than the “Special Internet Rate” you’ve booked with TravelNow.com they will match the rate, lower the rate or cancel your reservation all together. In order to qualify every detail has to be the same including hotel and dates.

Unfortunately, TravelNow doesn’t include many travel resources. They have excellent destination guides that are very informative and educational on various locations around the world. However, we would have like to have seen travel news and updates, weather information and the ability to check your flight status.

We were disappointed with TravelNow’s customer service. We sent them an email and they promptly responded within a day. However, since we didn’t have a reservation with the company they didn’t answer our question. We sent a follow–up email and received a response four days later.
